This week I have been occupying my sewing room every day. The first project I finished was this Christmas tablerunner with fabrics I have had in my stash for a couple of years now.
This one is for us! My Christmas present to US!
Other projects have been to assemble and sash the Black and White Delight BOM blocks. They are 12 inch blocks so I used a one inch sashing to highlight the blocks. The backing is a fleece throw that is a very bright print. It still needs to be quilted. This one will be a gift for an ailing friend.
It has been a busy week with baking and shopping and wrapping presents going on that are not part of the usual routine. "Tis the season!

Wow - I love that Santa fabric you used for your runner! Do you know who the artist/line is? Also, Black and White delight really makes the blocks pop with each color. Well done!

I am glad to see that you made something for yourself! The quilt for your friend will be so nice and cuddly and warm with the fleece backing.
OK. Really sorry about the linky messing up. Not sure at all what its problem was. I took it off and attached a new one that's actually working right (if you feel like trying again at BOMs Away)
